The TOP H2O excels as a low light, night fishing, and cold front surface bait. For retrieve speed, reel bait fast enough to start the lure “blowing out” or tipping over... then just slow it down a notch for the best swimming action. When flat calm or tough fishing, you may want to slow it down even more for surprising results. If following fish appears early in retrieve and strike doesn’t occur before getting to boat, stop the bait and walk-the-dog with it. If that doesn’t work, try sinking the bait underwater on the figure 8 for a boat-side strike. This bait can be fished effectively in up two a two foot chop.

The WATER CHOPPER is at home in flat calm water or up to four foot waves! Keep in mind that with the design of the cupped tail blade, the bait will perform better at a slower to medium speed for optimum sound. When fish has been caught on the bait, make sure that the trough-wire shaft is totally straight, and heat shrink tubing on rear hook is still intact.
