One of the all time great top water baits and deservedly so. 
The Scuttle Bug is definitely pike sized and offers a large silhouette. On a straight retrieve they have a exaggerated tail wagging action (the Field Mouse even has a tail) and can be ripped and popped too for a change of pace.  

If I only had the option of 1 top water bait, this would be it.
